Demon X connect XD30 men's impact shorts

The X connect XD30 shorts are at the very top end of the Demon body armour family. X-connect means that compatible Demon tops and lower body protection can be connected together, giving integrated neck to coccyx protection.  X-connect components can be worn together or separately- when not in use, the connecting elements are covered by TPR patches, to give added protection and comfort.  The X connect by DEMON is the very best, lightest, and most integrated system available, and can be easily be worn under your ski, snowboard, or mountain biking clothing.

These premium impact shorts incorporate D30 T5 Evo X material at the most strategically important point- the tailbone.  This intelligent material is flexible in normal use, but hardens almost instantaneously on impact.  It is therefore comfortable to wear, but provides superior impact protection compared to most hard shell protectors - you get the best of both worlds.  

The shorts also benefit from CTF EVA foam protection at other important impact positions.  This material is flexible and coated with neoprene for added toughness.  The shorts are certified to EN1621-1.

The protective elements are contained within a lightweight lycra/mesh fabric, which gives excellent comfort and flexibility, making these shorts suitable for multi-sport, multi-season use.

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY for all items. Items should normally be delivered within 2-4 working days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY ​is available for £5.99 sent by Royal Mail 24HRs or by courier depending on the size of the item (excludes Saturday and Sunday and Scottish Bank Holidays). If ordered on a week day, dispatch will be the same day for orders placed before noon or next day for orders placed after noon. If ordered at the weekend shipping will be on the following Monday.

We also offer SUPER-EXPRESS delivery (a next day delivery courier service if ordered before noon) for £14.99. Give us a call or leave a message if you need things more urgently and we'll see what we can do.

EU, Norway, Switzerland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Delivery charges are by weight - for items under 2kg we charge a flat rate of £20, while heavier items are charged at £55. Please contact us if you'd like delivery to a country outside of this list. For EU customers, please note that retail packages must pass local Customs before being delivered and this can sometimes take several days. Our prices for items being shipped to the EU do not include UK VAT, but local import duties and tax may be charged at Customs and are payable by you.

Rest of the world

For Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada we charge a flat rate of £35 for items under 2kg and £95 for heavier items. We're sorry, but we are unable to ship luggage and airbag canisters.
